Edited & Expanded Proposal - Patrick

Matt made rough sketches of the electrical block diagram, programming flowchart, and overall mechanical design.  He also made a basic program on Roborealm that displayed an x,y coordinate of blue objects to test if it could detect them.  It worked quite well.  This will be used to detect and follow enemies with the camera.

I (Patrick) added more to the research, safety, team, and operation description sections.  I made these sections more detailed.  I also added a basic parts list (need to find prices of items we don't have for BOM) and robot specifications.  For safety we decided to have LEDs flash and or a buzzer sound while projectiles are being fired.  We also decided to use the Arduino Mega.
